Y3 Paper Ledger.
How the lane works
Y3 is the NRFI predictor run in reverse. Where the model says the first inning stays quiet, Y3 hunts the games where it will not. Entries ladder X, 2X, 3X across innings one, two, and three, and the ladder only climbs on posted plus money.

The signal, inverted
The same first-inning model that grades NRFI plays also knows when both lineups jump early. Y3 fires on the reverse read, gated to top-of-board grades only.
The ladder
Step one is X on inning one. Cash it and step two puts 2X on inning two, then 3X on inning three. Any loss resets to zero for the day. No mid-ladder improvisation.
Paper until proven
A lane discovered this week does not touch the bankroll this week. Every entry is shadow-staked and logged here, wins, losses, and no-play days alike, until the sample earns real units.
Ladder only when innings 2 and 3 post plus money. If the middle innings are not paying plus, the ladder never leaves step one.

| # | Date | Matchup | Grade | Ladder step | Stake | Outcome | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | 2026-07-24 | Full board scanned | None at threshold | n/a | 0u shadow | NO PLAY | Zero qualifiers today. A no-play day is a result, not a gap. The lane fires only when the gate clears. |
| 1 | 2026-07-23 | ARI @ STL | 5.8 | Step 1 (X) | 1u shadow | WIN | First shadow entry in the lane. Run scored early, step one of the ladder cashes on paper. |
